Hydra Trader is a software-as-a-service platform that provides tools for building, backtesting, paper trading, and automating trading strategies. It is not a broker-dealer, a registered investment adviser (RIA), or a financial advisor.

The platform does not custody your funds, manage your account, or make trading decisions on your behalf. All trades execute through your own brokerage account using credentials you provide. You — not Hydra Trader — select, configure, and deploy every strategy.

Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation to engage in any transaction.

Artificial intelligence and machine learning signals available in the platform — including the AI Pattern Scanner, ML signal conditions, and optimization outputs — are generated by large language models (LLMs) and statistical models.

LLMs can and do make mistakes. They may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs. They may hallucinate patterns that do not exist in real market data. A signal that appears confident is not a guarantee of correctness or profitability.

AI signals are provided for informational and research purposes only, at your discretion. They are not financial advice and should never be the sole basis for a trading decision. Always independently verify signals against live market data before acting on them.

Market data, quotes, fundamentals, options chains, and news used by the platform are sourced from third-party providers (such as Alpaca, Polygon, Tradier, and others). Hydra Trader does not own or control this data.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of any third-party data. Data feeds may experience outages, delays, or errors outside our control.

Third-party providers may change their APIs, rate limits, or data formats at any time, which can affect platform functionality.

Trading securities and options involves a substantial risk of loss. You can lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance — whether from backtests, paper trading, or live results — does not guarantee future results.

Backtested results are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading. Real-world performance may differ significantly due to slippage, latency, market conditions, liquidity, and other factors not captured in a simulation.

You are solely responsible for: backtesting every strategy before live deployment, paper trading to validate behavior, setting your own risk management levels (stop losses, position sizes, max daily loss), monitoring automated activity on your connected accounts, and vetting any community-shared strategies.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hydra Trader is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

This includes, without limitation: order execution errors, rejected or delayed orders, missed fills, incorrect data, interrupted data feeds, broker API outages, platform downtime, software bugs, and any trading losses resulting from any of the foregoing.

Automated trading can place real orders with real money without further confirmation. You accept the risk that an error in a strategy, a data feed, or the platform itself may result in unintended trades or losses.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service, cancel your subscription, and request a current-period refund as described in the Terms of Service.

Hydra Trader does not guarantee any particular trading result, return, or level of performance. No strategy, signal, or optimization result should be interpreted as a promise or forecast of future gains.

Leaderboards, community strategies, and marketplace listings reflect other users' reported results and have not been independently verified by Hydra Trader. They are not endorsements and carry no guarantee of replicability.

By using Hydra Trader, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this risk disclosure, that you are using the platform as a tool at your own discretion, and that you release Hydra Trader from liability for outcomes resulting from your use of the service.

If you do not understand or accept these risks, do not use the platform for live trading. Consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
